Whether your interest in Florida vacation homes is because you’re planning to buy or because you’re looking for a place to rent for that once-in-a-lifetime holiday, we thought that you might find it useful to have details of some of the estates (“communities”) close to the theme parks.
 We’ve tried to cover a range of different places to meet every taste, from simple residential developments such as Grand Reserve through to a "resort"-style community (Emerald Island) which includes a community pool and a gym.
No single one of these types of community is "best" - it all depends on your priorities, preferences and tastes. And please bear in mind that the views in these "community" pages inevitably reflect our own preferences and tastes, although we've tried wherever possible to be objective.

Also, please remember that these are just a sample - there are many more that we haven't covered which are also very good places to buy or to stay in. If you have questions about any community not covered here, we'll be pleased to give you our recommendation.
