A word of caution: costs charged by loan companies vary widely, and not all of these are clear “up front”. US businesses are very clever at highlighting the benefits they offer while disguising the true cost to customers – so watch out! US “High Street” banks sometimes offer good deals, so we recommend that you talk to one of them, especially if you already have a US bank account. If not, plan on setting one up at an early stage in your Florida property buying process.
