| Our background |
The two principals of Perfect Florida Homes are Chris Poff and Colin Stafford.
Chris is a Licensed Real Estate Broker who has specialized in the Disney area of Central Florida for the past ten years, including both residential and vacation homes. He believes in the highest possible levels of customer service and complete openness and honesty, having built his business almost solely on client referrals.
Colin is a UK-qualified accountant with more than 30 years experience in working with blue chip companies, both as a line manager and as a consultant. A real estate investor since the late 1980s, he bought his first Disney-area vacation home seven years ago and is now a Licensed Realtor living in Florida.
Both Chris and Colin are committed to making the home buying process as enjoyable and successful as possible for their clients. Both have demonstrated their belief in the local real estate market: by 2005 they had invested individually or in partnership in 25 properties.
With Perfect Florida Homes, clients are therefore benefiting from the know-how of individuals with practical "hands on" experience of after-sales operations and enough confidence in the market to invest their own funds.
